I’ve always been fascinated by medieval characters such as ‘Fools, Jesters, Harlequins, Pierrots…’. There is something mysterious and captivating in them that I wanted to associate with the immensity of space. A starry night is quite enigmatic to me so it perfectly mimic what I feel when I think of those figures. As I previously drew a simple mask shape, this time I wanted to honor the subject with a full portrait.
This piece contains more than 2 Million dots and took 200h to complete.
